What is your return policy for items that don't fit?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached. Please visit our returns portal to initiate a domestic return shipment.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days via standard ground delivery.
Are Berne products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. Berne Apparel offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your garment fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
