At Berne Apparel, we stand behind the durability of our workwear and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right with a straightforward exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
